Angelic Vibes is now offering event caretaker services. My mission is to take care of and spoil you or you and your crew. Whether you are a producer, production crew or an artist, my services can be available to you to book for future events. The services and hours can vary depending on the crew or artist's needs and finances. I am an independent artist with a BFA Degree, a Certified Massage Therapist with over 15 years experience, a Reiki Master and event vendor. This is a new direction for me that I am very excited about.
My services are provided for PRE event and POST event hours only with a large variety of services to choose from for the time frame that is booked.
*My hourly rate for general labor services: $25/HR
*Onsite massage and reiki services: $100/HR
-Event ticket value and artist plus one ticket can be used as payment or partial payment for my services.
Caretaker Package Examples:
Package one example:
-4 hours of massage or reiki services divided up any way you want during set up and take down, Pre show/After show: $400
-Ticket price: $250
-$400-$250= $150
You owe one event ticket and $150 for 4 hours of massage and or reiki services
Package two example:
-4 hours of labor services for pre show: $100
-2 hours of labor services for after show: $50
-2 hours of massage or reiki services divided up any way you want during set up and take down, Pre show/After show: $200
-Total: $350
-Ticket price: $200
-$350-$200= $150
You owe one event ticket and $150 for 6 hours labor and 2 hours of massage or reiki services .
Package three example:
-8 hours of labor services for pre show: $200
-8 hours of labor services for after show: $200
-4 hours of massage or reiki services divided up any way you want during set up and take down, Pre show/After show: $400
-Total $800
-Ticket price: $350
-$800-$350= $450
You owe one event ticket and $450
You owe one event ticket and $450 for 16 hours labor and 4 hours of massage or reiki services .
If there is a balance owing after the event ticket price is subtracted, it will have to be paid in full prior to the event or onsite upon arrival before the services and hours booked are provided.
Labor services that are available in which you can pick one or a few or all depending on your needs and budget.
-Crew camp set up and take down
-Solo camp set up and take down
-Camp cleanup
-Cooking and prepping food and meals and drinks if supplies are supplied
-I will be your go to person, if you need it , I will make it happen within reason of course!
-Food and beverage runs
-Misting and fanning on hott days
-Assistance in any general labor tasks
-Discounted Massage therapy & Reiki Services (Cost differs from labor services as stated
above).
